			Holiday A fresh flavor filled fruit wine.  A must for those who love strawberries and rhubarb.  There are only a few bottles left from 2008.  It will be a few months before this season's Holiday wine will be available.  Due to limited supply, there will be no more tastings until the new wine is available						Quartz Hill Red - 2007  A mouth watering medium bodied red wine filled with tastes of berries and cherries.  A hint of American Oak and smoke.  Pairs well with barbeque and Southwestern style dips and sauces.  Enjoy with pepper steak and cheese.
			Granny's White wine is a caring tribute for those persons who fine dry wines a bit harsh.  Granny Liz worked hard all her life, rising before first light on wash day, summer and winter, to start the fire in the wash house under the wash kettles.  Then she would return to her kitchen and stoke the cook stove so she could prepare breakfast for the hungry men returning from morning chores.  This delicate and soft, off dry wine is intended to be a tribute to the caring and soft spoken nature of Granny Liz.						Arbor White 2008 A refreshing dry white wine with great floral notes.  Along with its flowery fragrance you will notice mild mouth pleasing tastes.  Your palate will experience soft flavors all around the tongue tickling the mouth.  Lasting flavors you will enjoy identifying.  Mild twists of citrus, spices and herbs.  This wine pairs well with chicken and pasta.
			Vineyard Dog - 2008 A Red Wine and a bit of a tribute to my vineyard companion, Jessie, who daily checks out all parts of the vineyard.  This a very soft, mild, easy sipping wine.  Grape flavors which pairs well with today's lighter meals, fruits and veggies.  Enjoy either chilled or at room temp.						Miss Doreen Blanc 2008 A dessert wine without being overly sweet.  A flowery fragrance which fills your nose and a taste much the same.  Your palate will experience a blast of flavors surrounding the tongue while tickling the mouth. Lasting flavors you will have fun identifying and will be recorded in your memory forever. Lovely twists of spices and herbs.  This wine is a fun sipper.
			Miss Doreen Gold - 2008 An off dry wine with a lovely nose and an even more lovely taste.  Your palate will love it.  Here is another after dinner, sunset summer evening, wine to simply enjoy with those you love.  Flowers of taste, sip after sip.  Enjoy with fresh fruit, frozen yogurt, and other light fare.						Cabernet Sauvignon 2008 A very dry, very light, very fresh, very delicate rose' wine made by removing the juice from the Cabernet Sauvignon the second they pass through the crusher.  You can use this wine in place of white wine and enjoy additional new fresh flavors.
